Delivery

When will I receive my order?

It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it's shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are:  USA:  3-4 business days,  International:  5-15 business days.

Where will my order ship from?

All orders will be shipped from New York, USA.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it.  What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please do the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • If shipping status is noted as "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, PLEASE inquire with your local post office/noted delivery carrier if they have your package.  Once the carrier has noted the package as "Delivered" all follow-up must be made with them (local post office) directly
  • Check with your neighbor to see if your carrier left the package with them.
  • ***Package theft is on the rise - If you're expecting a home delivery and you know that you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you will be!***
  • ***PLEASE make sure that you check your address for input accuracy before placing your order***
  • We will not be responsible for an incorrect input of your contact or delivery information while you were placing your order...Again, please make sure your delivery and contact information is correct before finalizing your order.
  • If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, however the new order would be at your expense.

Orders

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.  If you. have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line in our CONTACT section.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We apologize that your product you had ordered arrived damaged.  To help us resolve this issue, please contact us within 5 days with a photo of the damaged item, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We will get back to you with a resolution and/or replacement as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is processed, it can not be cancelled. 

Returns

What is your return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges, however if there's an error with your order, (ex: wrong item sent to you), please let us know by way of our CONTACT section.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.  If any of these apply, please contact us by way of our CONTACT section with a picture of the wrong or damaged item so that we can take care of it for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We will offer exchanges of an item if it is the wrong size.   We do offer an exchange if the item sent to you was incorrect or damaged.  If that is the case, please contact us on our CONTACT section within 5 days of receiving your order.  Include your order number and photo of the error in question and we will try our best to resolve the error.  The item must be sent back without evidence of it being worn or soiled, and labels must be attached as it was sent to you.
